Every Batch of Cables Undergoes Strict Testing to Ensure Compliance

Factory Qualification Screening
Check factory production license, certification (UL83, CE, etc.), export experience and quality system.

Raw Material Inspection
Verify conductor material, insulation and sheath raw materials to prevent inferior materials.

Production Process Monitoring
Follow up production, check semi-finished product size and performance.

Finished Product Testing
・Electrical Test: Withstand voltage test (2000V/1min), conductor resistance test
・Mechanical Test: Thermal aging, low temperature bending, tensile strength
・Flame Test: VW-1, FT1/FT2 for UL83 cables

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Check product appearance, length, packaging and marking before delivery.
